These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.”

Compassionate therapy for individuals.

I have been providing psychotherapy for nearly 20 years. I use a collaborative approach in therapy, working with your individual strengths and needs to achieve healing and growth. I strive to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental space in therapy and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to a successful experience in therapy. I enjoy working with a holistic and mindfulness perspective, joining mind and body to improve quality of life and increase happiness.

I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and welcome individuals regardless of sexual orientation, expression, gender, and lifestyle.

Trauma Therapy

I am trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a type of therapy that helps people move past trauma and stop feeling so stuck.  It is effective with trauma as well as general adverse life events, depression, and problems with self concept.  This is a powerful method of therapy that can provide rapid results and healing in a short amount of time (1-5 sessions).
